pessoa Training Aid

The Pessoa Training Aid offers a range of settings. The lower positions work the horse’s back muscles in isolation. Once the horse is relaxed and working freely at the lower positions, higher positions can be introduced, which work the back muscles and the muscles at the base of the neck in conjunction.

The system of ropes and pulleys used encourages the horse to take weight off the forehand and work through his back, bringing his hindquarters underneath him and consequently finding balance and flexibility.

Barnsby 3153 - GENERAL PURPOSE PADDED HEAD BRIDLE

Barnsby's all leather general purpose brass buckled padded bridle with "CB Comfort" headpiece, which is designed to reduce pressure on the sensitive area behind the horse's ears and eliminates pinching. This bridle also features solid brass buckles.

Barnsby Calming Bridle

Magnets are reputed to assist circulation and healing processes and are well known for the beneficial effects attributed to them by people afflicted with rheumatism or arthritis. At the same time the relaxing properties are extolled by horse owners using magnetic rugs or rollers.

The Barnsby FTS Calming Bridle is designed to help horses both young and old. Barnsby's research indicates the FTS Magnetic Crownpiece benefits excitable or nervous horses, which seem calmer when ridden in the magnetic bridle. In older horses the gentle massage provided by the crownpiece appears to help loosen top line muscles, facilitating freedom of movement and encouraging the horse to relax and work "long and low".

The magnets used in the Barnsby crownpiece are registered in Germany as "class one medical devices" (European Patent No. 0.134.437, US Patent No. 4,549,532, Japanese Patent No 1,652,939) whilst, as you would expect from Barnsby, the leather work is of the highest quality, making the bridle an item one can be proud to own.

The bridle comes in Full Size and Cob Size, and in colours Brown and Black.
